HERE IS THE RSO INFORMATION YOU'RE AFTER:
Learn the language of medical marijuana fast.
FOR CANCER:
The single most important thing to know about Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) cannabis oil? You must get 900 MG (milligrams) of THC in you every 24 hours for 60 days (after you build up to it over 30 days). This means that an oil tested at say, 60% THC would require 1.5 grams a day in the last 60 days. Our oil is whole plant extraction. Dr. Sanjay Gupta of CNN says, "You want whole plant extraction."

If you are new to any industry of any kind, one of the first steps is to know at least some of the "language" of that industry - weed delivery is no exception.
A
MMJ WORDS:
Alcohol extraction in medical marijuana production:
A concentrate of essential ganja oil is often made from the cannabis plant to use to make many medical marijuana products. ONE of those products that is not well known yet is Rick Simpson Oil or cannabis oil. Thousands of testimonials across the internet bear witness to the ability of this oil (ingested and not ever smoked) can help, heal, and yes, even cure a long list of diseases, ailments, and conditions. Much of this website is dedicated to Rick Simpson and the oil.
B
MMJ WORDS:
Blunt: A cigar with the contents replaced with medical marijuana.
Blunt wrap:
A blunt made using a wrapper something like a cigar wrapper in various flavors - to roll ganja.
Bogart:

Bongwater:
Nasty water in a medical marijuana bong that has been previously used to smoke ganja.
Bowl:
The part of a medical ganja bong where the weed goes.
Bubbler:
A blown glass medical pot pipe with a ball that holds water for smooth ganja smoking.
Budder:
Tone of many forms of concentrated medical cannabis – typically smoked. Budder differs from wax because it is soft because it is “whipped” during the creation process to add air to the ganja budder or butter.
Budtender:
A budtender is a medical marijuana worker or employee or owner of a medical marijuana dispensary or MMJ weed delivery cooperative. The title infers with knowledge about marijuana strains, bud quality, and all medical marijuana products being offered there. Also, this person should be able to give advice to MMJ weed delivery patients about ganja.
Butane hash oil:

CBD Oil:
CBD is a cannabinoid (called cannabidiol). THC is a cannabinoid. Our bodies have a recently discovered (1964) and now being researched (since the late 1990s) system called the endocannabinoid system. Our bodies don’t manufacture enough cannabinoids to feed the endocannabinoid system for optimum health. The cannabis cannabinoids are readily used by our endocannabinoid systems. There may be as many as 400 cannabinoids in ganja. The slow pace of discovery is because the government STILL makes it hard to do research on ganja.
Weed for smoking has had the CBD bred out of it in favor of ever higher THC levels.
However, it has recently been discovered that CBD is an amazing cannabinoid – very effective for many conditions – especially any problem that includes seizures treated with medical marijuana oil. It is really good against breast cancer. It is great for fighting depression.
CBD alone will not make you high. However, recent research shows that a little THC with CBD makes CBD more effective and vice versa. It also "softens" the high from high THC ganja - and just about will guarantee that you don't get paranoia from smoking your medical marijuana.
Carb cap:
Used when dabbing oil to not burn up terpenes in the medical ganja oil.
Cannabis oil:
The "essential oil from the cannabis plant and the basis of most medical marijuana products - including Rick Simpson Oil (RSO). This website is partially devoted to MMJ Rick Simpson Oil - and a good place to start is page A6.
Cashed:
When there is nothing but ganja ash left in the bowl of a medical marijuana pipe.
Cheeba:
Cheeba is one of a long list of slang terms for cannabis.
Cherried:
Fire or “glow in the bowl” of the medical ganja pipe is strong enough to not need relighting.
Clone:
If you have a mother cannabis plant, you can take a cutting and root it. The cutting will literally be a clone plant (when it grows up) of the mother. Conversely, a plant starting from seed must be sexed before planting OR the males must be sorted out when identified (as they grow). Some creators of cross bred ganja strains will not release seed – only selling clones to control the spread of the medical marijuana strain.
Closed-loop extraction:
When the ganja essential oil is extracted by whatever method, the system can be open or closed. A closed system recovers the solvent used. With an open system, the solvent becomes a gas and “flies away.” Open systems can be dangerous because the resulting gas can be set off creating a bomb. This may happen if proper precautions are not taken. NEVER extract medical marijuana oil using Butane. Yes, it was used for years - and a person who knows what they are doing will be fine - but THE LAW is all over anyone using butane - don't use it to extract oil from ganja.
The FEDs ALSO (along with the State of California have a bug up their butts about butane being used with ganja.
Why?
Butane is causing house fires, explosions and even killing unskilled armatures. AND the old METH LAWS allow YOU to be busted big time if you're caught making say, MMJ Rick Simpson Oil with butane - REGARDLESS is you're otherwise legal.
CO2 Super Critical Extraction (CO2SCE):
CO2SCE is a closed system that recovers the CO2 with the use of a very expensive ganja reduction machine. Highly regarded, this system requires machines ranging in cost from $5,000 for a small capacity to $80,000 or more for high volume machines. There is no CO2 left in the resulting medical marijuana oil.
Concentrate:
Any cannabis product resulting from extracting the essential oil from the cannabis plant (used in the production of all medical marijuana products other than ganja bud or flower.
Cone:
A European version of the ganja joint or pre-roll. Narrow at your mouth and wider at the end, it is funnel shaped. In Europe, the pot is often mixed with tobacco.
Cotton mouth:
Using medical marijuana in any way (ingestion of Rick Simpson Oil for example) can and often does produce a condition that is simply a dry ganja mouth.
Crystals:
Terpenes, in addition to cannabinoids, are another very important essential part of the cannabis plant. They are present on the trichomes – small hair like structures. The best and most healing cannabis oil is made from ganja plants that are heavy in trichomes.
A medical ganja plant heavy in “crystals” (trichomes) will be heavy in terpenes.
Cure:
“Cure” refers to the phase in the processing of cannabis when the medical marijuana plant is dried – but not too dry. With a slight bit of moisture retained, the buds are put into air tight containers – typically Mason jars. Proper curing results in stronger smells and a better smoke.
D
MMJ WORDS:
Dab:
A small dot of cannabis concentrate (hash oil, cannabis oil, wax, shatter, budder and on and on) is placed on a hot surface of the pipe or joint to be smoked or even a skillet – in which case another device is used to inhale the medical ganja smoke.
Dabber:
A small tool to aid in placing the “dab.”
Dank:
Slang for anything good – and in the medical cannabis world – meaning superior weed.
Decarboxylate:
THC and CBD (for example) are actually THCA and CBDA before they are heated and are still in their raw state. Optimum temperature is thought to be 240 degrees for 35 minutes. Medical marijuana for smoking is dried, then baked in an oven to do this.
When cannabis oil is made, it becomes decarboxylated converting the THCA and CBDA into THC and CBD. THC and CBD work together to kill cancer and to help or cure many conditions (when the medical ganja oil is ingested – not smoked).
There are people who are sold on the idea of juicing the raw MMJ cannabis plant in the belief that the raw version (THCA and CBDA) will do the same. The jury is still out on this. However, it is probably true that juicing raw, fresh cannabis is very good for you – and you cannot get high!
Delivery:
Or Medical Marijuana Delivery is a non-profit cooperative set up with the consent of the State for the distribution of MMJ (Medical Marijuana Jane). No one (including the state and local government knows the location of the delivery service as a protection against robbery. Also, there is no public exposure this way. You call, they deliver in unmarked vehicles. Weed delivery is a good system.
Diesel:
A family of medical marijuana strains that originated from another strain family on the East coast of the USA.
Diffuser:
A diffuser is part a water bong or pipe that agitates the water leading to a smoother medical ganja smoke.
Dispensary:
A dispensary is a medical marijuana “pot shop” – a “brick and mortar” business location where you can smell the weed. In many medical marijuana U.S. States they are either not allowed or are very few in number because cities have local control – and many cities don’t want the “up front” in public exposure for many real and imagined reasons. To avoid this, they allow only or almost only delivery (only) services.
Ditch weed:
Before the war against cannabis, hemp was a huge industry in the USA. Today, ditch weed is from those days – growing wild after decades of hemp being grown, mostly for the fiber. It is below 1% in THC and typically contains about 2.5% of CBD. Hemp is cannabis – same plant, but not bred for high THC (THCA).

MMJ WEED DELIVERY WORDS:
Ice wax:

Indica:
Indica medical cannabis plants tend to be shorter and easier to grow. The high from a pure or dominant indica ganja tends to be more of a body high and prone toward producing “couch lock” – you don’t want to do anything or go anywhere.
Rick Simpson feels that a “heavy indica” made Rick Simpson Oil is ideal for getting over cancer because sleep is part of the healing process. AND it is the VOLUME that also makes Rick Simpson Oil work - the Protocol is 60 grams ingested in 90 days - a ton of ganja.
ISO:
This is essentially high grade (99% ISO) rubbing alcohol. It is used by some to make ganja hash and other extracts, including Rick Simpson Oil (RSO).
ISO works fairly well, but includes the danger of getting sick or going blind if the ISO is not extracted as completely as possible from the finished ganja concentrate.
The order of viable and relatively viable solvents goes like this:
Grain alcohol or ethanol. (typically Bacardi). It makes a less effective oil and “pulls” too much chlorophyll from the plant. Be careful. The ethonol now added to gasoline is poisoned by the government so that you won't buy it for cheap mixed alcoholic drinks. They do this so they don't lose tax money.
ISO – see above. It is more effective for making healing ganja oil than grain alcohol (and hexane extraction is more healing than ISO).
Hexane – used to make packaged Certified Organic foods you eat – it is a petrochemical but has been proven relatively safe. At least one study shows it to be non-carcinogenic.
Probably the best is CO2 Super Critical – but hexane does “pull” from ganja as well as CO2.

Mota:
This is Spanish for marijuana. Marijuana actually means “One who smokes too much” in Spanish – and the word should leave popular use – it is derogatory. It was purposely forced into U.S. society because it sounds bad compared to cannabis or ganja. We should switch to "medical cannabis" instead of "medical marijuana" but it is hard to turn a train around!
Mother:
This is a large female medical ganja plant used to harvest clone cuttings to grow identical plants.
N
MMJ WEED DELIVERY WORDS:

Nug Run:
This is the same thing - ganja left overs (once the big smoking buds are groomed). A nug run is superior to a trim run because nugs are the broken off pieces (from the big buds or flowers) and very small buds. Good Rick Simpson Oil can be made from a dank nug run.
Real top quality Rick Simpson Oil for fighting life threatening conditions is made from ganja bud and not trim. Trim oil is good for lesser conditions like insomnia. Again - bottom shelf trim doesn't have much if any nugs in it.

Parchment:

Percolator:
A complex glass water medical ganja pipe.
Phenotype:
A When cannabis plants are bred the resulting seed contain genetic expression from both the female and male plant – and some the “kids” lean toward the ganja mom and other toward the ganja dad (sound familiar)? A phenotype will change to lean one way or the other depending on how it is grown - all the factors - climate, care, water, nutrients.
In cannabis there is a third (and in humans) which is more of a mix of the two parents. Once bred the cannabis breeder can select the “child” they most prefer and get rid of the rest (unlike humans). Thus, the cannabis breeder picks a phenotype.
A phenotype ganja strain when grown will exhibit a different set of characteristics from the parent strains - depending on the climate, nutrients used, soil and watering.
This is why some hybrid strains can be sativa dominant from one MMJ grower and indica dominant from another MMJ grower.
Pinner:
A very small thin ganja joint.
Pre-roll:
A pre-rolled ganja joint. Dispensaries and delivery services often use these as a “bonus” for first time medical marijuana patients or for loyalty programs. They can have any quality of weed in them.

T
MMJ WEED DELIVERY WORDS:
Terpenes:
They are responsible for different colors and smells in various medical marijuana strains. These are the aromatic flavor compounds – present in all plants. Powerful medicine in cannabis – they evaporate at relatively low temperatures – and you want them – healing ganja medicine. They are what the entire “essential ganja oil thing” is all about.
THC:
This is the best known of what some say may be more than 500 cannabiniods that will eventually be identified in cannabis. It is THCA and when heated, becomes THC – the one that gets you high. CBD – a now well known brother, won’t get you high and has many medical benefits too. Recent studies indicate the two work best together. An amount of CBD with THC will moderate the high from THC and will prevent paranoia for medical marijuana patients prone to it when consuming ganja.
Tincture:
This is medical cannabis oil cut with alcohol or glycerin oil. It is just another way of ingesting cannabis oil. Some put tincture oil under the tongue. Tinctures were a large part of conventional meds before 1937 when cannabis was prescribed for over 100 diseases and conditions – and ganja was in 40% of all medicines.
Note: Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) is like GREASE - but it is the best way to ingest it if you want beat a disease like cancer with RSO medical marijuana.
Topicals:
Ganja topicals work great for many skin problems. However, medical ganja Rick Simpson Oil applied straight to skin cancer WILL cure it . . . and you don’t get high using it topically.
Trichome:
Trichomes have a round head are very small and resin like. They are on some leaf surfaces – sugar leaves.
(John Leyba, Denver Post file)
Trim:
After the buds and almost all nugs are cut from the plant and cleaned of all other material – the trim is used to make edibles or trim oil – not great if you have cancer (your want bud oil) but great for many other conditions. Not as powerful and not containing as much trichomes and cannabinoids – quality ganja trim oil can be powerful and helpful. If a pound of bud from a particular plant is say, $2,500 – a pound of trim from that harvest might sell for $400. So if you’re buying ganja trim oil it should be substantially less than ganja bud oil.
Trim run:
Making oil from ganja trim.
Turpines:
Trichomes turn into when marijuana is decarboxylated by heating - normally over 200 degrees F for about 20 minutes. THCA (the cannabinoid becomes THC through the same process (THCA does not produce a high.
The jury is out still - as to if THCA ganja is as beneficial as THC ganja).

Wax:
You can’t see through it. It crumbles. It is easy to handle and very popular among medical weed smokers. Some is added on top of the ganja smoking bud.
Weed:
Weed is slang for cannabis. This comes from the fact that in parts of the world, cannabis grows like a weed - and the fact that Ditch Weed is cannabis in the form of industrial hemp. Ditch weed is the ancestors of industrial hemp production that was stopped in the late 1930s - and still grows in ditches all over the USA. See this page.

Ice wax:
It means water extracted medical ganja hash.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE CANNABIS NAMES?
HEMP OIL:
Rick Simpson calls essential oil extracted from marijuana for medical use “Hemp oil.” It isn’t clear to us why Rick does this. Possibly because saying “hemp” is less threatening to new-to-RSO patients? That probably is the case.
Hemp is not marijuana. Hemp is cannabis. Confusing? Yes!
It is possible for cannabis cross breeders to lower or raise THC and CBD quantities in the plant – and not by a little bit. For example, either can be lowered to under 1%. Either can be raised to as much as 40% (in the whole plane – before essential oil is extracted).
When cannabis contains less than 1% THC it is considered to be hemp and not marijuana. The word hemp in the cannabis industry refers to “Industrial Hemp” – the crop grown for fiber, seed oil, and other components – including CBD oil. Hemp foods are in your health food store right now – and they are very good for you – but they won’t (alone) give you a chance to beat a serious health challenge – especially cancer.
Rick Simpson did not and is not talking and writing about essential oil made from hemp – even though he uses the word hemp. Rick is talking about marijuana when he says “hemp.” Clearly, Rick believes THC to be the primary cancer killer and he has produced mountains of anecdotal testimonials from patients testifying to this fact.
Legally, marijuana becomes industrial hemp when THC levels fall below 1% in the plant.
CANNABIS OIL
Cannabis oil is any oil made from cannabis – and so it needs a further qualifier. For example: “CBD cannabis oil” indicates that the cannabis oil was produced from industrial hemp (less than 1% THC). CBD oil is also made from a marijuana plant strain that is high in CBD (in which case it may have a bit more than 1% THC in it or even a roughly equal amount of CBD oil in it).
“THC cannabis oil” obviously would be cannabis oil that has a high THC content (and probably low levels of CBD).
Technically: Hemp oil you can buy at the health food store (made from industrial hemp seeds) could be also be called cannabis oil because of what we said above: “both industrial hemp and marijuana are the same plant” – with THC levels being the defining factor.
Hemp is now legal to grow in all 50 states. The reason it was made illegal to grow in 1937 along with marijuana is that the Federal Government was worried people would grow marijuana hidden in the hemp crop. However, hemp was so integrated into American industry it was made legal for the duration of World War Two because it was felt it would be impossible to wage war successfully without it.
